Veterans Voice of Las Vegas, Veterans Voice of Nevada To Return To Las Vegas Public Radio on KIOF 90.1 FM
LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - The former Las Vegas Public Radio Vice President, an U.S. Navy (Honnorable) Veteran) who passed away back on September 23, 2022 had been working for several years on two shows for KIOF-LP 97.9 FM and for airing our larger 48,000 Watt FM station, finally converted to KIOF 90.1 FM. Those two shows were the "Veterans Voice of Las Vegas" and the "Veterans Voice of Nevada" with an emphasis on the travel and tourism industry. The "Veterans Voice of Las Vegas" is designed specifically to serve our veterans in the Las Vegas marketplace as it is home to numerous veterans to share their travel and tourism experiences. The "Veterans Voice of Nevada" is designed as a co-op show to give our veterans outside the Las Vegas area across the state with access to the airwaves to share their travel and tourism experiences. Both shows are designed for public radio with an emphasis on the travel and tourism industry.
