Former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF staffers are making the final preparations for the transition into the all new Magic FM beginning on November 1, 2025. This website will be taken down and all former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF domains will be pointed to the all new Magic FM Live website beginning at 12:01 AM on Saturday, November 1, 2025 ahead of the final closure activities at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington, D.C.

This will complete the transition of the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF staffers over to the all new Magic FM to meet NPR, State of Nevada Department of Education Public Broadcasting System (PBS) Grant and Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) requirements. NPR simply did not want the "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand name used in the southern Nevada marketplace based on documents published on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website. As a new startup by 2016, the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF was pushed aside to favor those Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) grantees who stole all the tax payer money for themselves through entitlement. The former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF was left behind in those selective serving tax payer theivry operations of a socialist and communist form of government.

What was the purpose of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB)? Other than being a bunch of self serving crooks.
